The bed was comfy. Specially named tea box. Convenient shampoo display. Excellent air-conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Central location. Short drive to the beaches.

Staff was always friendly. Hoi shing restaurant, which can be found only 300 ft away, was a fast option.

I thought it was very expensive for such an old motel. You could book in after 2.00 pm but we got there and there was a sign on the door stating that reception was closed until 2.30pm.

Great location close to the sights, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had a comfortable bed and ample towels. The pool looked inviting, but it was too cold to use.

The room was dirty and outdated. The bathroom had a leaky shower and the tiles were moldy.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the reasonable prices. The attention to detail is commendable, with all the basic amenities provided in the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Additionally, the location on the outskirts of town center is convenient, with easy access to main shops and everything you need.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

I particularly liked the friendly manager.

No face washer. I have always taken one and after so many times they supplying them did not bother. Also like to have a biscuit with my coffee (none supplied).

Close to everything, clean freindly

Our stay was enjoyable due to the location being in a convenient spot, close to shops and restaurants. The room was basic but clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The sea was such a short walk away, which was lovely to see. Breakfast was cheap and satisfactory, with a small pool as an extra perk.

There was some disturbing noise late into the night due to other guests.

Friendly personal service, with extra effort, for us (my daughter and I anyway). Clean and basic for what we expected.Minimal fuss check in and out. Fay(e) was lovely.

The room was nice and clean, it had an air conditioner, which worked very well, colour T.v and fridge. The bed was comfortable and the wardrobe was spacious.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic. It was very close to the main shopping centre and within walking distance to all the main shops. This made it very convenient for me to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always polite and willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were well-appointed and had comfortable bedding, which ensured a good night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the spa bath in my room, which was a nice touch of luxury. Lastly, the hotel offered breakfast with a toaster, which was a convenient way to start my day.

My stay was great and there were no significant issues.

Management was extremely helpful and pleasant. If there was anything i would say against the Motel is the Bed was not that comfortable - it felt hard. We were able to put up with that, but certainly value for money, and we will certainly be returning again.

Upgrade of bed - as it was not that comfortable but we were able to deal with it for the time we were there. If we had stayed longer would have raised this with management.
